Position Overview:

Duties:

• Greet guests warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take food orders, deliver them accurately and promptly, refill drinks as needed and remove empty plates and glasses from tables, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Engage with patrons to recommend drinks and dishes, and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Stay informed about cocktail, wine, draft beers, and any changes to the menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and serving stations.
• Monitor cleanliness throughout the establishment and promptly address any issues.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our POS system.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience serving in a fast paced
• Strong communication skills, with a focus on engaging with customers.
• Exceptional customer service abilities, with a knack for anticipating and meeting guest needs.
• Thorough knowledge of menu items including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, and food.
• Proficiency in multitasking and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
